Description
The 59th Annual Convention of the Diocese of Northwest Texas will be held October 12-14, at the Abilene Convention Center located at 1100 North 6th Street, and Church of the Heavenly Rest, 602 Meander Street, Abilene.
Please read the information below on how to register:
Click on the green Register button. This will take you to a listing of all the different types of registrations available. Multiple persons can be registered at one time.
Click the appropriate number of types of registrations you will be registering and then click the Checkout button. The next screen will ask for information from the Buyer (the person inputting the data) and the type of payment. Following that, you will enter the information for each person being registered.
Fees:
Registration for Lay Delegates and Canonical Clergy: Registration as a lay delegate or canonical clergy is $120.00 per person with a deadline of September 27. Registrations received after that date will incur a $25 late fee.
Registration for Alternate Delegates, Registered Guests, and Non-Canonical Clergy: Registration for alternate delegates, visitors, and non-canonical clergy will be $65.00 per person until 9/27/17. After that, the fee increases with a $25 late fee.
